Jaxx explains the song as a metaphor to his life, and the assumptions made on his character and purpose. Behind the title, Jaxx states that throughout the trials and tribulations of his young life, he wasn’t given a chance to clear the air once and for all. The “court” described in the songs’ hook is not a literal one, but instead a metaphor for the judgement of his peers and society. Jaxx is no stranger to personal justice, nor the lengths we go to achieve it.
