LET’S ADD SOME BOOM TO THAT TRACK

Boom Track Productions, an audio engineering duo consisting of Jonathan Malowicki and Brady French, was formed by the two young producers in 2021. Both graduates of SAE Institute, Malowicki and French, or JMBeats and BonaFide, respectively, are well-versed and trained in rapping and producing. In June of 2021, Boom Track released their debut EP, BOOM TRACK PRESENTS, to local acclaim. Featuring the songs Know Me, Off the Hook, and Poppin Out, the duo shows off their mastery of sound design and lyricism. In Know Me, BonaFide rips in smoothly with aggressive bars, rapping “my pen and paper is a living creature”. This speaks to BonaFide’s trust in his craft, his respect for the bars. The same should be said for JMBeats’ control over the pre amps, creamers, and distressors, constantly adjusting the sound and channels to perfection.

JMBeats began his musical journey at the age of 10, when he first started playing the drums and guitar. Towards the end of his time in highschool, JM expanded his passion into producing and took it to a new level. Working with close friends, JM refined his skills at SAE Institute and began working with even more artists, including eventual BoomTrack partner BonaFide.

says BonaFide when asked of his inspirations and musical origins. Music is a proven solution to the darkness we face in our lives, and BoomTrack brings light as well as their signature boom to those struggles through their creative process and finished product. The two young maestros are well on their way to making an impact in the city and beyond with a track-record of hits and frequent collaborators. Boom Track Productions is looking to work with more dedicated artists, and help them develop their personal sounds to industry standards.
